Pre-wiring Harness System
We use pre-wiring (harness system) for precise crimp termination. Checking each crimp thoroughly ensures top quality and consistency. Regular checks speed up production, running alongside mechanical assembly. Our flexible wiring options suit various needs, ensuring long-lasting, top-notch systems for decades ahead.
In-house Bending for Copper Busbar
Our in-house process minimizes idle time and boosts production speed. Our dedicated team handles the copper busbar bending, using updated technology and advanced machines for faster with high accuracy.
Assembly & Wiring
A complete pre-wiring system simplifies the wiring process. Our skilled technicians, equipped with the high-end tools, expertly assemble switchgears to match user specifications.
Testing
At PT Powertek Indo Asia, our testing follows IEC standards to ensure exceptional quality and optimal performance of products. Our panel testing, conducted with premium and sophisticated tools, includes Insulation Resistance, HV Dielectric Test, Secondary Injector Tests, and Contact Resistance (optional), utilizing the best available methods.
Factory
We take pride in our cutting-edge factory spread across a 7800 m2 production area, allowing us to handle up to 2500 switchgears per shift projects annually. Our facility embodies sustainability by integrating energy-saving construction methods and effective waste management.
